Lenny's Lashes is a home based salon located in Flagstone.
I strive to provide and deliver a professional, friendly, relaxing service.
I choose to only use high quality products.

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SERVICES.
These policies are put in place to protect my business.
I value your time, and I respectfully ask that you value mine in return.

~CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY~
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours (AFTER RECIEVING FINAL REMINDER TEXT MESSAGE) your deposit fee will be NON REFUNDABLE, if you wish to make another booking you will be required to pay another deposit fee.
This includes any rescheduling, we acknowledge emergencies may arise, this is why the deposit fee is put in place to protect my business.

However, if your cancellation or rescheduling is 24 hours before your appointment time,( BEFORE RECIEVING FINAL REMINDER TEXT MESSAGE) the deposit will be transferred to your next booking.
*all deposit credits are valid for 3 months only.
Strictly no refunds.

~NO SHOW POLICY~
If you do not show up to your appointment your deposit fee will be kept as a cancellation fee. This will be NON REFUNDABLE. If you did not pay a deposit a no show fee (30% of service) will be charged to your card if you choose not to pay.

~LATE ARRIVAL POLICY~
If you are 15 minutes or more late your appointment it will be automatically cancelled and your deposit fee will be NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are running late but less then 15minutes your service may not be fully completed as time has been cut short, in this case, you are still required to pay full amount of service booked.

~DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY~
To secure your appointment you will be required to pay a deposit fee, this fee is calculated at 30% off service charged.

Your deposit fee will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

When you make a booking, you understand and accept the risk of losing your deposit fee if you fail to show up to your appointment or without giving a minimum of 24 hour notice. (Before final reminder text message)
If you did not pay a deposit and you cancel (within 24 hrs) or no show a fee (30% of service) will charged to your card if you choose not to pay.

Under no circumstances are deposits refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment before the minimum 24 hour notice (before final reminder text message) your deposit will stay as credit for 3 months. This can be used again within that time.

We accept cash (please bring correct change) Bank transfer (this needs to be paid before leaving the salon)
Eftpos is also available.

~AFTER HOUR POLICY~
Any appointment made after 1pm Saturdays will incur a $20 after hour fee.
Any appointment made on Sundays will incur a $20 after hour fee.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday after hour appointments need to be made via direct message.

~INFILL POLICY~
Lenny's Lashes does not offer infills from another lash technician. If you arrive to your appointment with lashes from another artist a removal (extra cost) and Fullset will be required, depending on the booking time.

Infills are required every 2 (14 days) to 3 (21 days) weeks from the date of your previous appointment.

To qualify for an infill you will require at least 40% of your lashes remaining.
At times it may seem like you have more lashes remaining but for the health of your natural lash I am required to remove any outgrown lashes, this may result in having less lashes and you will be charged accordingly.

Appointments made after 21 days from your previous appointment will be charged as a Fullset.

~BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT~
Please ensure you have not worn any mascara or strip lashes at least 24hrs before your appointment.
Please ensure you have removed any makeup/skin products on and around the eye area.
If you have booked in for an infill please ensure you have cleaned your lashes before your appointment.

~REFUND POLICY~
Lenny's Lashes does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

If you are dissatisfied with your service you must notify us at the time of your appointment.

When you make a booking, you understand and accept the risk of losing your deposit fee if you fail to show up to your appointment without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice.
